THE JURIS PROJECT
Law, Leadership & Civic Engagement
YOUR UNIQUE DEFINITION · AN OPPORTUNITY FOR YOUR STUDENTS
Introduce your students to the JURIS Project: a connected program in law, leadership and civic engagement, featuring Lead the Way mock elections.
This is an invitation for students to join our program—not a curriculum your school must teach. Your school can share the opportunity with students and families. The program team coordinates participation and announces its learning activities.
Students explore legal questions, consider competing arguments, examine cases and practice explaining a position.
Students develop public-speaking and research skills, explore youth government and plan responsible community action.
Students research civic issues and offices, participate in the educational mock election during its published window, and reflect on what they learn.
Send families the program link through a counselor, school newsletter, student organization or other school-approved channel.
